Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
Ability to work the schedule listed in the posting and perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Benefits And Support Blossom provides structured clinical supervision, ongoing training, case support, and opportunities for professional growth.
