Position:

Elementary Chief - Class IV

Effective Date:

Hours:

8 hours per day - 1st shift 6:30am - 3:00pm 5 days per week 261 days - 12 months

Requirements:

• 1st Class Boilers License (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Able to lift 60 lbs.
• Acceptable attendance record.
• Ability to communicate with all staff.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must pass physical and physical ability test.
• Demonstrate mechanical ability.
• Demonstrate knowledge of energy management system.
• Demonstrate HVAC knowledge.
• Demonstrate computer knowledge.
• Maintain building & grounds winter and summer.
• Maintain all preventive maintenance.
• Ability to evaluate employee performance to department guidelines.
• Maintain a balance budget.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience Supervising.
• Experience with energy management system.
• Preventative maintenance experience.
