Blo Blow Dry Bar Tampa is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and organized Membership Concierge to help grow our membership program while building meaningful relationships with our guests.

What You'll Do

• Introduce guests to our membership program and confidently communicate its benefits.
• Drive individual membership sales through proactive guest engagement.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert interested guests into members.
• Follow up with prospective members and reconnect with former members.
• Build relationships with existing members to encourage loyalty and retention.
• Assist with membership inquiries, account updates, billing questions, freezes, and cancellations.
• Maintain organized membership records and track sales performance.
• Work closely with salon management to achieve membership growth goals.
• Support front desk operations while delivering exceptional guest service.

Schedule

Part-time position combining guest-facing shifts with membership administration. Weekend availability is important.
