Minimum Qualifications
- HSD or GED
- 5+ years experience in security, military, or law enforcement related experience
- Combined with 3+ years as healthcare security lead
- Security management, organizational leadership, or similar field
- California issued Security Guard Card
- Management of multiple security officers
- Strong de-escalation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass Physical Agility Test upon employment
- Ability to pass Physical Agility Test on an annual basis as a condition of continued employment
Preferred Qualifications
- Law enforcement or military police management
- Healthcare security supervisor experience
- Exposed Firearms Permit/Armed Security License
