Lead initiatives across financial close, consolidation, and treasury operations while contributing to the Finance platform strategy and roadmap.
Design scalable solutions that integrate enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise performance management (EPM), and Treasury platforms while strengthening data integration, controls, and process efficiency.
Identify and implement opportunities for AI-enabled, agentic, and intelligent automation across Finance processes.
Partner with Finance stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business needs into digital solutions and embed AI-enabled capabilities into Finance platforms.
Evaluate emerging technologies and promote thoughtful experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation across the team.
Support change management, training, and adoption activities that help stakeholders realize the value of new Finance capabilities.

Your experience

Experience in financial consolidation or Treasury, including relevant consolidation platforms or Treasury capabilities such as cash management, liquidity, or payments.
Strong understanding of financial data models, integrations, controls, application programming interfaces (APIs), and data pipelines.
Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise performance management (EPM), or Treasury platforms.
Demonstrated ability to translate Finance processes and business requirements into practical technology solutions.
Experience applying artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), automation, or analytics capabilities to business processes.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently in evolving or ambiguous environments.
Structured problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and their business applications.

For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$112,000.00 - USD$140,000.00 . We remain focused on increasing the impactful moments that arise when we work together in person – aligned with our commitment to performance and innovation. As a new joiner, you can count on this hybrid model to accelerate your learning and onboarding experience here at BlackRock.
