We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Core Services – Onboarding pillar. This role will contribute to building a unified, scalable foundation for content and partner onboarding - one that reduces complexity, accelerates time-to-launch, and supports the next generation of BHN’s growth.
You’ll help drive onboarding initiatives across content and distribution:
- Supporting the onboarding of new content partners and aggregators onto BHN.
- Helping distribution partners seamlessly buy and sell BHN content.
- Working with cross-functional teams to simplify and streamline onboarding processes across geographies and product lines.
This is not just about process efficiency - it’s about contributing to core capabilities that enable ordering platforms to innovate while maintaining robust governance of BHN’s master data. The impact of your work is direct: faster time-to-revenue, lower operational effort, and improved visibility into a single BHN client view.
If you're eager to grow your product management career, enjoy collaborating across business and technology teams, and are passionate about solving problems and removing friction from complex ecosystems, this role is for you.
This is a hybrid role in the Bay Area.

- Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable onboarding capabilities aligned with compliance, governance, and business needs.
- Explore and leverage AI technologies, workflow automation, and self-service capabilities to reduce manual effort, improve data accessibility, and streamline onboarding processes.
- Use data and KPIs to identify pain points, measure product impact, prioritize enhancements, and continuously improve onboarding outcomes.
- Partner with global stakeholders across North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM to support product launches, adoption, and rollout of scalable platform capabilities.
