Ag Operator

Bingham Ag Services is currently seeking an Operations Support Associate. This position supports daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functions through a wide range of tasks including safety, delivery (CDL Truck and products) housekeeping, maintenance, and onsite/offsite customer support and services.

The Sales Operations Support Associate will primarily be focused on:

Operations & Field Support

• Setup service

• Load and unload inventories and log them as necessary.

• Assist in shop and warehouse as needed.

• Chemical deliveries (CDL).

Equipment & Facility Maintenance

• Assist as directed in the upkeep of company equipment.

• Continuous cleaning of the work area, to include but not limited to product drips and minor spills.

Safety & Documentation

• Accurately complete all internal paperwork and forms as required.

• Perform safety inspections.

Qualifications

The preferred candidate for the Operations Support Associate will have the following:

• One or more years experience in farming, agronomy, or an associated industry.

• Able to obtain Company forklift certification.

• Able to learn company systems and processes.

• Able to pass HAZMAT certification process and obtain CDL as needed

• Willing to obtain Commercial Pesticide License as needed

• Strong customer service skills

• Able to learn company systems and processes

• Willing to learn and apply sound agronomic practices

• Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
