Who We Are
Located in Metro Phoenix, Biltmore Properties has been providing affordable property management services since 1976. With a great reputation and culture, Biltmore is looking to add an administrative assistant to our team to help support regional managers and the main office.
The Property Manager Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations for assigned communities and help protect property performance through responsive service and strong follow-through. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for residents and vendors while keeping work organized, compliant, and on schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to resident questions and resolving issues promptly
- Coordinating maintenance, vendors, and work orders
- Performing routine property walks/inspections and documenting findings
- Supporting leasing efforts, rent collection, and basic budget tracking
- Ensuring files, notices, and processes align with applicable regulations
Required skills/qualifications:
- Prior property management experience preferred (or closely related experience)
- Strong customer service, communication, and organization
- Reliable judgment, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset
If you’re ready to bring professionalism and integrity to a busy portfolio, apply today.
Your Typical Day
You’ll start onsite in Tucson by reviewing messages, priorities, and any overnight updates. Mid-morning is often a mix of resident conversations, vendor check-ins, and quick decision-making to keep the property running smoothly. After lunch, you may be out on the property doing a walk-through, noting follow-ups, and confirming timelines with partners. Late afternoon is for closing the loop - updating records, preparing next steps, and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks before you head out.
Benefits That Matter
We offer a Competitive Salary (pay depends on experience) plus a benefits package that supports your health and future: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; a Health Savings Account (HSA); and Paid Time Off.
