Original job description

Billion Loops is an AI-first brand, creative and growth company helping ambitious brands turn attention into continuous growth. We combine strategy, creativity, influence, performance, media and intelligence to build marketing systems that learn and evolve. We're looking for a Creative & Design Intern who is visually curious, culturally aware and excited by ideas. This isn't a role where you'll only resize social posts. You'll help us explore ideas, build visual systems, create content and turn concepts into work people notice. The role You'll work closely with the founding team across brand, campaigns, content and digital experiences. You'll get exposure to real client work as well as Billion Loops' own brand - helping shape how the company looks, communicates and experiments. What you'll do

Develop social, campaign and presentation creatives.
Turn strategic ideas into visual concepts.
Support brand identity and visual-system development.
Create layouts, graphics, presentations and digital assets.
Explore typography, composition, imagery and motion.
Assist with short-form content and creative production.
Develop creative variations for different platforms and audiences.
Research visual trends, internet culture and emerging creative formats.
Experiment with AI-assisted creative workflows.
Work with the growth team to create performance-oriented creative variations.
Help maintain consistency across Billion Loops' visual language.
Participate in creative reviews and iterate based on feedback.

What we're looking for

A strong visual eye and genuine interest in design.
A portfolio that shows how you think, not just polished final outputs.
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent.
Strong sense of typography, layout and composition.
Curiosity about brands, advertising, culture, technology and the internet.
Willingness to experiment and try unconventional approaches.
Ability to take feedback and improve work quickly.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

Motion design or video-editing skills.
Experience creating social content.
Illustration or visual storytelling skills.
Familiarity with AI image/video/creative tools.
Experience with Webflow, Framer or other digital design tools.
Photography or art-direction experience.

Your mindset matters more than your résumé You don't need to know everything. We care about whether you notice things.

Whether you ask:

Why does this work? Why doesn't that work? What happens if we push it further? We want someone who is curious enough to experiment and disciplined enough to keep improving. How we work

At Billion Loops, we believe:

Creativity creates the first loop. Data makes creativity better. AI amplifies humans. Every interaction is a signal. Marketing should learn. You'll work in an environment built around experimentation, iteration and learning. Why Billion Loops You'll work at the intersection of brand, creative, culture, technology and AI. You won't just be producing assets. You'll learn how ideas become brands, how brands create attention, and how attention becomes momentum. Create. Connect. Compound. Billion Loops.
