Instructional Paraprofessional - Burlington Elementary

Billings School District 2 is seeking an Instructional Paraprofessional (IPP) for Burlington Elementary School. Schedule: 7 hours per day; Monday - Friday; 9 months a year. Wage: $18.34 per hour Benefits: Full Benefits, Fully Paid Health Insurance Year-Round, Vacation/Sick Leave, TRS Retirement.

Duties:

• Performs instructional activities as planned, assigned and organized by professional staff for individual and/or small groups of students.
• Works with the teacher with students who need to learn positive behaviors to be successful in the classroom setting.
• Helps in the selection, preparation and organization of materials appropriate to students' needs in accordance with designated lessons.
• Collects data and reports student progress to the teacher.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience working with children.
• Requires a High School graduate or equivalent.
