• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized behavior plans.
• Track progress and complete session documentation on time.
• Create a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification.
• Passion for working with children with autism.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to making a difference.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
