Join our team and help patients maintain comfort, mobility, and independence in their homes. You'll work alongside physicians, therapists, and hospice clinicians to provide exceptional patient care. ❤️
What You'll Do: 📋 Carry out therapy treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
🩺 Monitor patient progress and report changes
📝 Maintain accurate clinical documentation
🤝 Collaborate with physicians and care teams

Qualifications
✅ What We're Looking For
🎓 Accredited PTA Graduate
📜 Active Florida PTA License
💼 1+ Year of Experience
❤️ Current BLS/CPR Certification
🚗 Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
🤝 Great Communication & Teamwork Skills
🏠 Home Health or Hospice Experience Preferred
