Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Lab Manager will assign duties and projects within the Product Group to be accomplished.
- Acts as a liaison and make recommendations on any changes, which should be made.
- Responsibilities include preparing equipment for testing, monitor test conditions, document and reporting the results.
- Is required to maintain a file of data received from any special testing or from other Technicians.
- Follow established Company procedures and industry standards in all testing.
- Report to Supervisor any deficiencies in the testing equipment.
Qualifications
- Two (2) year Associate degree in Electrical or Electronic Technology
- One to three (1-3) years in the field of HVAC or refrigeration technology
- Strong mechanical skills
- Proven oral and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong MS Office PC skills.
