Location Inpatient Pharmacy Broward Health Medical Center 1600 S. Andrews Avenue Ft. Lauderdale FL 33316
Work Details Part-time FTE: 0.5 – 20hrs. per week Schedule: Days
JOB SUMMARY:
Dispenses and monitors medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified prescribers and provides interpretation and information education. Provide safe high quality pharmaceutical care to the patient. Supports all JCAHO initiatives and programs and keeps abreast of the changes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A. Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: Pharm.D. or bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 5-year program. B. Experience (or equivalent education): No Experience Required C. Licensure Required for consideration: Florida Pharmacy
