Summary:
Provides diagnostic cardiac ultrasound services and interprets images for ultrasound procedures. Assists the cardiologist and gathers cardiac data to inform diagnostic decisions.
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited Ultrasonographer Program
- Associates Degree
Education specialization:
- Ultrasound Technology
Experience:
- One year experience in an acute care cardiac cath environment
Credentials:
*Registered Cardiac Sonographer
- BLS - American Red Cross or American Heart Association
