Provides legal opinions in reviewing and evaluating all organization contracts including physician contracts managed care contracts service agreements supply chain agreements real estate and construction contracts. Serves as a legal advisor to provide guidance on a variety of legal matters brought to the office of the general counsel. Provides support to health system leadership to achieve organizational goals and strategies facilitate business development activities support legal compliance and conform to legal requirements.
