BDC Operator

Description of the role:

The Body Shop Receptionist is responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at Reliable Chevrolet Springfield's body shop. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers and will assist in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with necessary information
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• Assist in processing paperwork and documentation
• Communicate effectively with the service and sales departments
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
