This role supports our production lines and plays a key part in daily operations. Duties & Responsibilities - Assist production lines with daily operations. - Pack finished products and prepare items for shipment. - Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials. - Support changeover tasks between production runs. - Assist machine operators with routine, day-to-day tasks. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines. Physical & Work Environment Requirements This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to: - Stand for the entire duration of the shift - Perform repetitive tasks throughout the day - Lift, bend, twist, and reach as part of regular job duties - Safely lift boxes and materials as required While this is a temporary position, there may be opportunities for growth based on performance and business needs; however, continued or permanent employment is not guaranteed. Temporary Full-Time employees are non-benefit eligible. Candidates must be able to consistently work scheduled hours.
