Job Description

This stipend position supports a specific school or district program, activity, or initiative outside of an employee’s regular duties and work day. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and carrying out program activities; supervising students or participants as needed; collaborating with staff and administration; and maintaining appropriate communication and documentation in alignment with district policies. Candidates should have relevant experience or skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and any required licensure or certification.

Compensation

• Compensation is set in accordance with the Beverly Teachers Association Unit A collective bargaining agreement.
• In the event that multiple individuals are selected to fill a single stipend position, the stipend amount shall be divided equally among all such individuals.
