What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

Schedule Options

• Day Shift - Every other weekend; Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Part Time Overnight 30 hours/pay period (Every other weekend/holiday)
• Part Time Dayshift 15 hours/pay period (Every other weekend/holiday)
• Part Time Dayshift 15 hours/pay period (Every other weekend/holiday)

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in WI
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
