Instructional Aide LLD Program (4 hours per day)

Summary Liberty Corner Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Instructional Aide for our LLD Program. This part-time position involves providing support to students with diverse learning needs in a structured environment. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and specialists to enhance the educational experience of students, ensuring they receive the individual attention and resources necessary for their academic success.

Requirements

• NJ Teaching Certification or NJ Substitute Certification required.
• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with learning disabilities or special needs, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the classroom environment.
• Background check and clearance as per school district policies.
