Job Summary:

As a Pool Gate Attendant, you are a customer service professional who oversees the entrance and exit of the pool facility. You are responsible for checking pool passes, verifying identities, and providing directions and information. A gate attendant must be able to interact with a variety of people in a polite and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests
• Making sure all guest have proper passes
• Checking in and out all guest who come to the pool
• Making sure all guests comply with all safety regulations and pool rules
• Checking pool chemical balances
• Making sure the pool is clean of debris

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work on weekends and evenings
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
