Conventional / Manual Machinist – Corona, CA

Pay: $35–$45/hr, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Bender CCP is looking for an experienced Conventional / Manual Machinist to join our Machine Shop team in Corona, CA. This is a hands-on position focused on precision machining, industrial equipment repair, and restoration.

What You'll Do:

• Operate manual lathes, mills, and VTLs

• Perform turning, milling, boring, drilling, threading, grooving, and line boring

• Machine and repair shafts, valve stems, journals, and other industrial components

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Maintain tight dimensional tolerances and quality standards

• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and dial indicators

• Work safely with large and heavy industrial components and shop equipment

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of manual machining experience

• Strong experience operating lathes, mills, and VTLs

• Ability to read drawings and work to tight tolerances

• Experience using precision measuring equipment

• Industrial, job-shop, equipment repair, or heavy manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
