Belle’s Beach House | Venice, CA Belle’s Beach House is looking for an experienced Lead Sushi Chef to join our team in Venice Beach. We’re seeking a strong leader with a passion for high-quality fish, creative execution, consistency, and team development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, maintains excellent standards, and brings positive energy to the line every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong sushi and knife skills
- Experience leading a sushi program or team
- Knowledge of fish sourcing, prep, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
