Join our Team - We're Growing and Seeking a Skilled BCBA at our San Antonio Woodlake Treatment Center! Become the BCBA You Wanted to Be: Lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across San Antionio, Texas. Base Salary: $85,000 - $97,000 + $18K Performance Bonus + $40K Retention Bonus We asked BCBAs what actually matters to them, then we built it.

Time Off, Work Schedule, and Workload

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Time Off: 20 days PTO plus 7 paid holidays.
• CEU days, conferences, company events, and training don't count toward that number. Time off means time off.
• Manageable Caseloads: Caseload is typically capped at 8-10 enrolled clients.
• Dedicated Center Administrators handle scheduling logistics, so your time stays focused on clinical work.

• 4 Weeks of structured onboarding and ongoing training for new BCBAs
• A defined career trajectory: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Clinical Specialist → Clinical Mentor → Master Clinician → Sr. Director of Clinical Services → Area Director → Regional Director of Operations

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Texas licensure (or eligibility prior to start)
