Experience managing teams of 3+ employees, required. Experience designing and implementing process improvement initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments, required. Experience supporting enterprise learning, talent development, training, or related business functions, preferred. Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing cross-functional initiatives, required.
