Equities Counsel (Secondment)

Beacon Hill is hiring an Equities Counsel for a full-time, 4-5-month secondment in our client's New York City office. The Role The successful candidate will advise the Markets division on equities products and services, develop legal strategies, and help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, standards, and controls. This includes drafting and maintaining legal documentation, monitoring regulatory developments, delivering training, and supporting litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations. The Counsel will lead complex legal and risk initiatives, influence senior leaders and external stakeholders, strengthen governance, and provide strategic direction - while mentoring colleagues and promoting high performance across the team.
