What You'll Do Architecture & Technology Strategy Help clients establish a clear path from their current technology environment to a scalable future state. * Shape GIS and enterprise technology modernization roadmaps. * Design solution architectures that connect GIS with broader operational and enterprise systems. * Translate business capabilities and requirements into practical architectural approaches. * Identify integration, scalability, configuration, and compatibility considerations early enough to keep programs moving. Technical Leadership & Delivery Provide hands-on architectural leadership throughout major implementation and integration efforts. * Guide technical decisions across design, development, integration, testing, and deployment. * Establish architectural direction without losing sight of business outcomes. * Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve complex technical challenges. * Help ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with user expectations. Requirements & Solution Design Create alignment between stakeholders, requirements, and the technology being delivered. * Facilitate discovery and translate operational needs into solution requirements and use cases. * Produce clear architectural views, specifications, configuration guidance, and decision documentation. * Validate proposed solutions against functional and technical requirements. * Bring structure to complex programs where multiple systems and stakeholder groups need to work together.
