Solutions Engineer

Solutions Engineer We're looking for a hands-on Solutions Engineer with a strong software development background who can build, test, integrate, and support enterprise technology solutions. This person should be technically strong but also comfortable working with customers and explaining technical concepts in straightforward, business-friendly terms. The ideal candidate is a strong, well-rounded software engineer with full-stack and cloud experience, a habit of writing clean and well tested code, and the curiosity to learn a new enterprise platform quickly and deeply. Qualifications * 3+ years of professional software development experience * Full-stack development experience * Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks * Experience building and integrating APIs * Experience with databases and version control * Familiarity with cloud-based environments * Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices * Experience with containerized applications * Strong testing, troubleshooting, and debugging skills * Comfortable working in Agile development environments * Strong communication and customer-facing skills * Ability to quickly learn new enterprise platforms and technologies Responsibilities * Develop, configure, and support enterprise software solutions * Build custom integrations, extensions, and automation * Integrate applications with other enterprise systems and tools * Develop and maintain data migration and reporting solutions * Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code * Support CI/CD processes and cloud-based deployments * Troubleshoot technical and performance issues * Work closely with technical teams, project teams, and customers * Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery * Create technical documentation and support solution handoffs Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
