Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Member Services Representative Milwaukee, WI \| Contract-to-Hire Opportunity Pay: \$22-\$23/hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday Onsite (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) \| Friday Remote (7:30 AM-1:30 PM) Beacon Hill is partnering with a respected financial services organization to identify a customer-focused Member Services Representative for their Milwaukee office. This role offers the opportunity to support members, advisors, and internal stakeholders while serving as a key point of contact within a fast-paced operations environment. The position is approved through 2027 with potential to go longer. Key Responsibilities * Serve as a primary contact in a high-volume call center environment, professionally handling and directing incoming calls. * Respond to member inquiries and process transactions accurately and efficiently. * Generate correspondence, forms, and documentation as needed. * Proactively resolve member and claims-related issues while maintaining clear communication regarding next steps and status updates. * Review reports and complete required operational processing activities. * Collaborate with members, advisors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. * Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives designed to enhance efficiency and support organizational growth. * Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on service requests. Qualifications * Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree preferred, or equivalent customer service and/or insurance operations experience. * Previous experience in customer service, member services, call center, financial services, insurance, or related environments. * Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to various audiences. * Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team setting. * Proven track record of process improvement, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service.
