Qualification and Education requirements
· College Degree, High School Diploma, Trade School Certificate or equivalent.
· Five to Seven years of related experience in a machine shop manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualification and Other Skills Required
· Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
· Communications - Exhibits good listening and comprehension.
