What You'll Do As a BAS Project Manager, you'll take ownership of commercial building automation and HVAC controls projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate engineering, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project planning, procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning.
• Manage project change orders, identify risks, and resolve challenges proactively.
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Lead project teams to deliver quality work safely, on time, and within budget.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of project management experience or 5+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or related technologies.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
