CONTROLLER BCI Solutions, Inc. | Bremen, Indiana Manufacturing | Cast Iron Foundry & CNC Machining BCI Solutions, Inc. is looking for a hands-on, business-minded Controller who wants to do more than manage the numbers. We are a privately held, growing manufacturer specializing in gray and ductile iron castings and precision CNC machining. We are looking for a financial leader who can serve as a true strategic partner to our CEO and leadership team. This is not a traditional accounting role. You will help drive the business by challenging assumptions, evaluating opportunities, managing risk, and improving operational and financial performance. • Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team on business strategy and key decisions.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
• Drive manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Evaluate capital investments, growth opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Manage banking relationships and support financing and capital planning.
• Strengthen financial controls, processes, and ERP systems.
• Lead, develop, and hold the accounting and finance team accountable.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve business performance.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, ERP systems, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to connect financial performance with shop-floor operations.
• Experience managing cash flow, banking relationships, and capital investments.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• A confident, analytical leader who can challenge assumptions, communicate directly, and drive accountability.
