Participate in network infrastructure improvements, server upgrades, and MDF/IDF projects.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and proactively identify opportunities to improve IT operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Administration or a similar IT role.
Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and its administrative portals.
Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and TCP/IP.
Experience supporting Windows and Mac computers in a corporate environment.
