Overview: A new start-up opportunity! We are opening a new Batteries Plus

) retail store and seeking versatile, customer-focused

professionals for the role of Store Associate. This hands-on position combines

expert customer service and technical support (batteries, chargers, device like key

fobs and phone repairs.) The role is shift based, either morning or evening. The ideal

candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and is excited to help build a

successful new location from the ground up. Base compensation + quarterly

performance-based bonus! Training and certification provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, assess needs, and deliver tailored solutions for automotive, marine, powersports, lawn and garden batteries, chargers, bulbs, and phone/tablet repairs. Good phone communication and response etiquette. Actively protect and elevate the Batteries Plus brand by delivering service experiences that generate positive Google reviews, strengthen customer loyalty, and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
