Original job description
Bask is the best telehealth platform on the market. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and businesses to launch a DTC telemedicine company quickly and easily, abstracting away the complexities of the industry into an easy-to-use platform. With hundreds of features to meet the unique needs of telehealth, we put all the tools in our customers' hands for success. We are a rapidly growing startup, and we work with care and intention to create a high-performance company with the following in mind:
- Speed Wins. Make decisions, move quickly, and know that if things go wrong, it's okay for you and the company.
- Intuition, Then Data. We're a data-driven company. We start with our instincts and then use data to validate our decisions and improve.
- Miles, Not Inches. Thinking small is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Favor bold ideas over incremental changes.
- Customer-Obsession. We are obsessed with helping all our customers launch multi-billion-dollar companies with ease. We accomplish this by knowing our customers incredibly well and finding ways to make their businesses better.
- Ownership & Accountability, together. We embody a culture of extreme ownership, accountability, and teamwork. We count on every team member to take responsibility for their work, embrace a proactive mindset to overcome challenges, and work together to achieve our collective success.
A look into the day to day:
- Working directly with Sales Leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive enterprise revenue growth.
- Managing sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and account planning to ensure the team stays on track against its goals.
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes, prioritize the right accounts, and build scalable systems that help the team close more business.
We're Looking For A strategic and analytical operator who understands how enterprise sales organizations work and knows how to turn business goals into execution. You are comfortable working closely with senior leadership, challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and translating complex data into clear recommendations. You are equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting into the details. You know how to build processes from scratch, manage competing priorities, and keep teams accountable without creating unnecessary complexity. You are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in environments where you are expected to figure things out independently. You are a strong communicator who can build relationships across Sales, Finance, and other teams. You are curious, self-aware, low ego, and extremely positive. You are comfortable working in a small collaborative team where you'll wear many hats. Revenue Operations at Bask Health is AI-first and customer-obsessed. Work starts in an LLM to clarify intent and context, moves into research, analysis, and execution, is validated against real business data and customer outcomes, and is continuously refined as we learn. AI and self-serve research are default parts of the workflow, not side experiments. We are looking for Revenue Operations people who take full ownership of the sales engine, treat AI as a real collaborator, and care deeply about building scalable processes that help our customers and our business grow. What You'll Do
- Work AI-first: Use LLMs as your starting point to structure sales strategy, analyze performance, identify opportunities, and build operational workflows. Apply your own judgment to validate outputs and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Run the business with data: Use pipeline, win/loss, deal velocity, conversion, and retention data to understand performance, identify gaps, and advise Sales Leadership on where to focus.
- Build scalable sales processes: Develop and improve the systems, processes, and operating cadences that help our enterprise sales organization perform consistently as we grow.
- Drive cross-functional execution: Partner with Sales, Finance, Recruiting, and other teams to align priorities, improve execution, and ensure sales strategies translate into measurable business outcomes.
- Automate and improve: Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and better tooling to eliminate manual work, improve visibility, and make our sales organization more effective. Share AI-native workflows, prompts, and processes across Revenue Operations so we raise the bar together.
In This Job, You Will:
- Serve as a strategic and operational partner to Sales Leadership, helping define priorities, manage performance, and execute the enterprise sales strategy.
- Own the team's operating cadence, including weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting calls, and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Monitor pipeline health, deal progression, win rates, sales cycles, and account performance to identify risks and opportunities early.
- Build and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into sales performance and future revenue.
- Own territory design and account planning, including account segmentation, prioritization, territory assignments, and account transitions.
- Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership on capacity planning, quota setting, target allocation, and annual planning.
- Develop and operationalize sales plays and growth programs, including market sizing, account prioritization, and strategies for entering new customer segments.
- Partner with Sales Development to improve outbound strategy, account targeting, pipeline generation, and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
- Work with GTM Systems, Engineering, and Data teams to improve CRM infrastructure, automate workflows, and build tools that make sales teams more productive.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements across the sales organization, ensuring new processes are adopted and consistently followed.
- Support onboarding and enablement for new sales representatives and leaders, including account assignments, systems, workflows, and operating expectations.
- Find comfort in working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Believe no task is too small and no task is too tall.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Direct experience supporting enterprise or large-account sales organizations.
- Proven track record of independently owning strategic and operational initiatives within a growing business.
- Experience managing sales operating cadences, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and quarterly business reviews.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, deal velocity, and revenue performance metrics.
- Experience with territory design, account planning, capacity modeling, and quota setting in partnership with Finance and Sales Leadership.
- Strong Salesforce expertise, including reporting, dashboards, and CRM process optimization.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with experience working with BI platforms and large datasets. SQL experience is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Data, and Systems teams.
- Experience building and improving sales processes, operational frameworks, and scalable workflows.
- Creative problem solver with a determination to succeed.
- Independent and motivated, with the wisdom to seek help where needed.
- Highly articulate, able to communicate complex data and recommendations clearly in writing and in person.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership of projects from initial idea through execution.
- AI-native mindset, with an interest in using AI and automation to improve sales operations and business performance.
