MASINT Analyst

Position Summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a MASINT Analyst to exploit and transform collected measurement and signatures data into intelligence products supporting defense intelligence missions. This role conducts analysis of measurement and signatures data including, but not limited to, acoustic, infrasound, seismic, and effluents data, and evaluates their interaction with matter across terrestrial, atmospheric, and exo-atmospheric environments. The analyst contributes to analytic production through the interpretation of complex data sets, application of analytic methodologies, and integration of MASINT with other intelligence disciplines to support broader all-source intelligence assessments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of measurement and signatures data including acoustic, infrasound, seismic, and effluents data.

• Evaluate interaction of measurement and signatures data with matter across terrestrial, atmospheric, and exo-atmospheric environments.

• Contribute to analytic production through interpretation of complex data sets and application of analytic methodologies.

• Integrate MASINT with other intelligence disciplines to support broader all-source intelligence assessments.

• Lead analytic efforts and apply appropriate analytic methodologies.

• Produce concise, logical, and timely intelligence products.

• Collaborate across intelligence disciplines to support analytic objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience conducting intelligence analysis involving technical or scientific data.

• Familiarity with measurement and signatures data or related analytic disciplines.

• Ability to evaluate complex data and translate findings into analytic products.

• Experience working independently and as part of analytic teams.

• At least eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.

• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university.
