Maintain Procore daily reports, progress photos, schedule updates, RFIs, correspondence, safety inspection reports, and other job-site documentation
Lead subcontractor start-up, coordination, and on-site safety meetings while enforcing applicable safety requirements and correcting hazards
Track material and equipment deliveries, subcontractor start dates, installation quality, approved submittals, and project progress
Collaborate with Project Managers, Safety, Quality Control, Architecture and Engineering teams, client personnel, inspectors, and local officials to resolve issues
Promote compliance with Design Group HSEQ requirements and applicable OSHA and USACE EM385.1.1 requirements while maintaining a clean and organized job site
