Project Engineer

Technical expert who delivers outstanding service in the design and execution of solid solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You identify, align, and execute complex and multi-disciplined project initiatives.
• You complete projects to specifications on budget and on time.
• You simultaneously manage a variety of complex and highly technical improvement projects in a collaborative manner.
• You apply your knowledge of engineering principles to research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements.
• You oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
• You collaborate with a variety of managers, contractors, and equipment/material suppliers regarding various engineering projects.
• You maximize performance improvement and cost savings and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED:

• You are proficient with CAD and/or engineering graphics tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other digital technologies.
• You are able to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and simple problems and concepts using sensible, information-based decision-making.
• You have strong project management, engineering, written, and verbal communication skills.
• You love to learn and seek opportunities for professional development and continued education.
• You have an engineering degree (required) and a minimum of two years of engineering experience (preferred).
