  • Maintain the AI agent inventory and enforce governance for ownership, access, deployment approvals, change control, monitoring, and retirement
  • Administer Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups, including team creation, membership, guest access, and archival of inactive teams and sites
  • Provide support for Power Automate workflows and Power Platform environments and data policies supporting SharePoint and Copilot Studio
  • Automate recurring administration and reporting tasks
  • Participate in broader systems administration duties, including endpoint and server support, monitoring, patching, backup and restore, and disaster recovery testing
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, platform standards, inventories, and runbooks, and provide user guidance and training as needed

Education & Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, enterprise collaboration platforms, or related systems
  • Proven experience designing and governing SharePoint environments, including site architecture, hub sites, permissions, sharing, libraries, retention, governance, and troubleshooting issues across a broad user community.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, including configuration, licensing, data access, security controls, and governance
  • In-depth experience in creating and managing AI agents, including requirements gathering, design, knowledge-source configuration, testing, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting Teams-connected SharePoint sites and Microsoft 365 collaboration services
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, access controls, and Microsoft 365 security concepts
  • Experience documenting technical requirements, platform standards, support procedures, governance decisions, and end user training.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and enterprise production environments
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate Skills: SharePoint administration: site collections, architecture, libraries, lists, permissions, external sharing, lifecycle management, and governance
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot administration: readiness, licensing, adoption support, data access, security, and responsible-use controls
  • Copilot Studio: building, configuring, testing, publishing, and maintaining agents, topics, instructions, knowledge sources, actions, connectors, and environments
  • AI agent governance: ownership, access, testing, deployment approvals, monitoring, change control, documentation, and retirement
  • Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups administration, particularly their relationship to SharePoint permissions and site lifecycle
  • Power Platform familiarity, including Power Automate workflows, connectors, environments, data policies, and integration with SharePoint and Copilot Studio
  • Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, role-based access, and least-privilege administration PowerShell or similar scripting and automation capabilities
