Location: El Paso, TX (Eastlake area) Position Type: Contract-to-hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM; overtime as needed Pay: $14.00-$15.00 per hour Job Summary Balance Staffing is hiring dependable Reach Truck / Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join a warehouse team in the Eastlake area. This position starts at $14.00 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to $15.00 per hour after three weeks based on performance and attendance. Responsibilities - Safely operate a stand-up reach truck to move, lift, and position warehouse products. - Load, unload, retrieve, and store pallets in designated locations. - Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse duties. - Inspect equipment before use and report safety or maintenance concerns. - Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Qualifications - Valid forklift certification required. - Previous stand-up reach truck experience preferred. - Ability to operate equipment safely and handle warehouse materials. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. - Dependable attendance and punctuality. - Availability to work the scheduled shift and overtime as needed.
