Hold subcontractors accountable to project plans, standards, and commitments.
Review and approve shop drawings and submittals for compliance with specifications.
Lead project quality control efforts including inspections, testing, and documentation.
As needed, support field work directly (working foreman / hands-on role) depending on workload and project demands.

Requirements

8–10 years of relevant construction experience; industrial treatment experience preferred.
2-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training/experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor crews and foster collaboration.
