Job Title: Team Member

Summary:

Provides exceptional customer service to all customers by receiving and preparing customer orders in an efficient manner by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned.)

• Greets customers in a courteous manner as they enter the store
• Applies knowledge of the Baked Bear products and assists customers through the ordering process
• Takes orders and prepares menu items promptly and in accordance with customer requests.
• Applies knowledge of food handling requirements
• Operates the POS system and cash register properly with each transaction
• Bakes cookies according to store procedures
• Responsible for keeping the counters and surrounding areas clean using proper cleaning procedures
• Adheres to all company policies in a professional and timely manner
• Possess a food handlers card or attend an in-house food handlers class and pass the test
