Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain backend services and data pipelines.
Work with colleagues and partner teams to understand requirements and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Write readable, maintainable code and participate in design and code reviews.
Clearly communicate technical decisions, project status, dependencies, and risks.
Take ownership of projects from design through delivery and ongoing operation.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide direct support to customers.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

2+ years of professional software development experience.
Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, C#, Go, or JavaScript.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Experience with distributed systems, backend services, and data pipelines.
Experience with databases and messaging systems.
Experience with automated testing and continuous integration/deployment.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Demonstrated ownership and ability to deliver results.
