Loadout Operator

Description:

Badger Mining Corporation is looking for a Loadout/Dry Process Associate to join our team at the Kermit Sand Plant in Kermit, TX. In this full-time, hands-on role, you’ll help keep our sand moving safely and accurately, from loading trucks and printing Bills of Lading to handling dry plant support functions, running the control room, and monitoring product quality. You’ll inspect and operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with truck drivers, our Customer Resource Team, Lab Technicians, and the rest of the Production Team to make sure customer orders go out right and on time. You’ll also cross-train across Loadout, Dry Plant, and Control Room operations, so you’ll keep learning and building new skills.

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong focus on safety and attention to detail

· Good communication and customer service skills with drivers and team members

· Basic math, reading, and computer skills (including Outlook and Excel)

· Mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills

· Willingness to cross-train and work flexible assignments in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work in dusty, hot, and noisy conditions and to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment

· Ability to receive medical clearance to wear respiratory protection and pass a toxicity test

Nice to Have:

· Experience in manufacturing or mining

· Skid steer or material handler experience

· Familiarity with PLC systems and control room operations

· Bilingual skills
