About the Role The Line Cook is responsible for executing consistently excellent food as directed by the Chef serving a nightly 4-course dinner. Backland is a small resort with a kitchen run by a very small crew. This position does require completing typical daily kitchen operations including prep and dishwashing. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and execute assigned station
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Support smooth service flow
- Communicate clearly with the team
- Accomplish daily prep
- Dishwashing
- Baking experience a plus
