Job Description

Plan, initiate, and lead information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. All the above duties will be performed by managing & executing projects in data analytics and incentive compensation.

Job Location: Will work in Berkeley Heights, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. as assigned which may require relocation.

Terms and Conditions: $179,000.00 Per Year.
