  • 100% onsite position, Monday through Friday, with half-day Fridays.
  • Join a close-knit engineering team of approximately six, supported by additional specialized engineering resources.
  • Work directly on a new product launch, with opportunities to contribute across firmware development, testing, troubleshooting, and product validation.
  • Enjoy significant technical ownership and the ability to introduce improvements to existing development and testing practices.
  • Comprehensive medical and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
  • Paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and additional family and volunteer leave benefits.
  • 401(k) matching, educational assistance, professional training, and student debt support.
  • Family-building benefits, including fertility and adoption assistance.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Develop, modify, test, and troubleshoot embedded firmware for advanced electronic control systems.
  • Work primarily with C/C++ to refine existing software, improve functionality, and support reliable real-time operation.
  • Take an active role in prototype testing and validation for a new embedded controller platform.
  • Diagnose hardware/software integration issues involving microcontrollers, electronic control boards, sensors, and communication interfaces.
  • Collaborate with engineering colleagues to establish effective testing procedures, identify performance issues, and implement improvements.
  • Support firmware maturation, debugging, and functional verification throughout the new product development lifecycle.
  • Evaluate opportunities to use software simulation and automated testing to improve validation efficiency.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, electronic component specifications, and system documentation to support troubleshooting.
  • Work with communication protocols and connectivity technologies relevant to industrial electronic control systems.
  • Coordinate with onsite and distributed engineering resources to resolve technical challenges and support product readiness.
  • Participate in design reviews, engineering documentation, field testing, and production launch activities.
  • Contribute to ongoing reliability improvements and maintenance of embedded control systems used in specialized industrial equipment.
