? NOW HIRING: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING (ADON) Axia Care Center ? 135 South Center Street, Orange, NJ 07050 We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on RN leader to join our nursing leadership team. The ideal candidate leads by example, supports staff, and is committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations.
Conduct rounds and follow up on resident and family concerns.
Support unit managers and nursing supervisors across all shifts.
Monitor nursing care, documentation, and staff accountability.
Assist with staff education, infection prevention, and survey readiness.

Qualifications:

Active RN license valid in New Jersey.
Leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Ventilator and tracheostomy experience preferred.
