We are seeking an experienced CNC OD Grinder to join our client\'s precision machining team. This role is responsible for setup, programming adjustments, and operation of CNC cylindrical OD grinding equipment to produce high-accuracy components for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC OD grinding machines Perform wheel dressing, offsets, and program edits as needed Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements Inspect parts using micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision tools Maintain tight tolerances (0.0001\") and surface finish requirements Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure consistent quality Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams Qualifications: 3+ years of CNC OD grinding experience Strong understanding of cylindrical grinding principles Ability to hold ultra-tight tolerances Experience with Studer, Kellenberger, Toyoda, or similar machines preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, plus benefits.
